Ceramic Substrates and Components Ltd was formed in 1968 to satisfy the growing market for technical, precision and industrial ceramics. We manufacture an extensive range of technical ceramic components for research and industry in various materials including Macor, Shapal, Porcelain, Alumina, Steatite, low loss Steatite, Cordierite, Magnesium Oxide, Zirconia, Pyrophyllite (machniable ceramic), Silica, Sillimanite, Laser Cut Substrates.

Our manufacturing capability includes dry pressing, extrusion and diamond grinding. Our modern tool room facility enables us to control tooling costs and provide a rapid response to customer requirements. We also offer a rapid prototyping service in machinable ceramics.

We have a range of standard products, interlocking (insulating) beads, stand off insulators, PCB stand offs and feed through (split bushes).
