The Trionic DeepClean LST Radiator

Developed for application in environments that require regular cleaning, such as healthcare, education and care homes, the Trionic DeepClean LST Radiator from Contour Casings incorporates specific, patented design features that help to eliminate many long-standing problems.

Through consultation with industry experts and continual development and redefinement, Contour Casings now offer a radiator guard which facilitates complete internal cleaning, without removal, by one cleaning operative and at a fraction of the time and cost of traditional guards.

A quick release, full access, hinged door (UK Patent No: 2 410 544) allows the front of the casing to lie flat on the floor. The door can then be stood upon if necessary while cleaning, without resulting in any structural damage, this feature is particularly useful when space is at a premium. The open-hinge design also facilitates complete door removal if required.

By incorporating unique rotary valve fittings, this design also allows the radiator to be lowered down to floor level. Cleaning is now possible on the top, front, sides and back of the radiator, as well as the wall around and behind the radiator.

The BioCote® silver-based anti-microbial coating inhibits the growth of bacteria on the casing, helping prevent the spread of infections such as MRSA and E.coli.

A comprehensive support package comprising of a bespoke design service, free site surveys, split deliveries as standard, technical support and a supply and fit service is also available.

Fascia and Soffit

Contour Casings design and manufacture fascia and soffit profiles to almost any size or shape, including curved, bullnose and elliptical designs. Sections can also be made to match existing profiles.

Square and rectangular profiles offer a traditional appearance to building eaves and are commonly used in refurbishment and replacement projects.

Bullnose and quadrant fascias are very popular and provide a contemporary finish to a building.

Elliptical and aerofoil fascias produce modern, sleek lines to an eaves design. They are especially useful when it is necessary to disguise a deep roof construction.

All fascia profiles can be designed to integrate with our soffit ranges.

Ventilation slots can be incorporated into the eaves system where necessary.

Brackets and carcassing can be supplied to provide a purpose-made support system, speeding up installation.

Contours' soffits panels and planks are versatile, easy to install and attractive.

The Plank system produces the traditional “shiplap” appearance. Supplied in three metre lengths as standard, the widths are custom-made to suit the soffit width. Plank systems also have concealed fixings.

The ‘Secret-Fix’ panel system eliminates visible fixings to provide a seamless, uninterrupted soffit line. Panels are supplied in three metre lengths as standard, but other lengths can be supplied to facilitate matching windows, columns, mullions or other gridline influences.
