Rubber Injection Moulding

This process includes forcing a molten material into a hot mould cavity using a ram or screw-type plunger. It is used to produce small rubber parts that are required in large quantities.

CORUSEAL EPDM Roofing Membrane is lightweight and long-lasting, and features a high resistancy to ozone and weathering. Rubber Sheeting

With the UK market heavily populated with low cost commercial grades of rubber sheeting, we pride ourselves on quality rubber compounds that you can rely on. Here at Coruba, we stock high-quality rubber sheeting, available in over 50 grades, with full certification so you can be confident in the products we supply. Many of our grades are compliant to REACH, RoSH and PAH Compliant and carry the CE mark of quality but if you want economy commercial grade rubber, we stock that also.

Our rubber sheeting products can be supplied in roll form, part rolls or cut and slit to any size or shape you require. They are available in genuine Viton® rubber, Hypalon, Silicone and Butyl polymers amongst others which include WRAS approved Silicone and EPDM along with FDA approved materials too. The Coru593 small dot rubber matting is an attractive rubber matting that offers superior multi-directional grip levels without a superior price. The matting is available in two colours, black top with black backing and green top with black backing.

The Coru6101 Studded interlocking Rubber Mats are moulded rubber mats with an attractive anti-slip stud pattern design on one side and flat/smooth profile finnish on the reverse. The mats have a interlocking edge that locks multiple mats closely together giving a premium floor look and easy lay solution. The Studs roughly are the same size as a 2p coin and have a 3mm depth Apx.   

Coru134 Tan Para Natural Rubber 40° shore. This product has a high abrasion resistance , being classed as a 'Para-Natural' (or pure-gum). Produced from natural latex, this material is designed for applications including chute lining, shot-blast cabinet lining and seals, blade scrapers etc.

Coru150 Tan Shotblast Grade 45° shore is a natural rubber / Styrene Butadiene blend with a 45° shore hardness. Slightly harder than our 'Para' sheeting, this material is ideal for Shotblast, abrasive resistant applications that require a quality sheeting.
