The Data Physics 900 Series Dynamic Signal Analyser combines signal analysis capabilities with a new distributed real-time signal processing engine to provide unrivalled dynamic testing capabilities.     Package Testing is the testing of the characteristics and properties of packaging materials and items such as containers, unit loads, and wrapping materials. The quality of these packaging items is rigorously regulated by the International Safe Transit Association and the American Society for Testing and Materials and quality standards must be reached by manufacturers.

    Piping Analysis
    Excessive vibration within piping moving liquids and gases around a power station or factory can lead to fatigue or wear, especially in the supports and connections between two pieces of pipe. Cracking or splits are particularly dangerous in nuclear power generation and in turbomachinery. Stress within piping can be caused by pressure problems, fluid flow or rotating machinery stress.

    Pneumatic Shock Testing
    Pneumatic Shock Testing machines provide very high level shock pulses in a repeatable manner. The machines lift a table upwards and then pull it downwards in order to create a shock from the impact. Pneumatic shock machines are often relied upon for testing products at a very high impact level. Previously at Data Physics we have supplied our pneumatic shock testing software to customers in the electronics, telecommunications, and computer industries.

    We can supply dedicated software for pneumatic testing - our Signal Drop Test system provides a dedicated platform for the assessment of data from shock testing with the capacity to check limits and tolerances and can perform Shock Response Spectra measurements.

    Electricity generation within power stations relies on large-scale rotating machinery such as generators, turbines, motors, and pumps. At Data Physics we supply analytical and measurement systems that assess levels of vibration and noise and identify problems within the structure of installed large-scale machinery.
