Our Building services department are confident and efficient in undertaking extensions, alterations, refurbishment’s & restorations, as well as kitchen and bathroom installations, repairs and maintenance works on guttering, windows, doors, locks and flooring, involving many disciplines such as carpentry, plastering, decorating, tiling, ground works and roofing.

M&E Services division which offer Mechanical & Electrical design & Installation, plumbing & heating systems, electrical works, ventilation & sheet metal fabrication and air conditioning systems.

We cover many responsive repair works, maintenance works and Mechanical & Electrical breakdowns. Currently maintain a number of Waste & Potable Water Treatment Plants for the local councils and schools and provide Portable Appliance Testing

Our in house workshop DBS Rewinds capable of under taking motor rewinds, rebuilds or repairs for electric motors of various sizes up to 250kW as well as pumps, generators and fans.
