New investment in 2016 reflects Diamond’s commitment to continue improving the service offered to all customers. Machining of high value plastics through to titanium and most thing in between are undertaken every day.
With our commitment to offering the complete engineering service we have added a laser cutter to our capacity in 2014. Due to its rapid success a second machine was installed in 2016, giving us the added capability to laser cut up to 4000mm x 2000mm sheet. We now also have the capability to laser cut Box Section and tube.
With over 25 years experience in sheet metal and fabrication work diamond precision are capable of handling anything from small sheet metal components to large fabrications. Our diverse customer base includes, but isn’t limited to, pharmaceutical, aerospace, food, marine and rail sectors. Utilising our Laser and CNC machining sections mean we can incorporate high precision and low cost components into our fabricated work.
Complementing our other departments is our general engineering section. It could be said that our foundation was built on this service. Our reputation for tackling the most difficult challenges was quickly gained and, to this day we continue to build on it. From something as simple as extracting a broken bolt to making jigs and fixtures for the aerospace industry or press tools for the automotive sector, we rise to the challenge. Diamond Precision Engineering has 20 years' trading experience in the Precision Engineering Sector and now boasts two major engineering facilities in Merseyside, 'Kelvin Park' and old bisdston road.
We are accredited with ISO9001: 2000 and can handle single component weights up to 5 tonnes.
The Kelvin Park site is the base of are main offices and account department and home to are cnc machining and precision engineering departmant. The old bidston road site is home to are Laser Cutting and Fabrication department.
