Here at Dioxice, we create dry ice for purchase in the UK by using liquid CO2 supplied in bulk tankers. This expanded into CO2 snow and extruded under high pressure through a die plate. Long strands of dry ice are produced and break as they fall in the insulated container used to transport them to the user.
