  1. Hydrocal 1005-3/-2/-1

    Hydrocal 1005-3/-2/-1
The HYDROCAL 1005-3/-2/-1 is designed for multi-gas-in-oil analysis on a bank of three single phase transformers located next to each other. This new wall-mounted system allows for the individual measurement of Moisture (H2O) and the key gases Hydrogen (H2), Carbon Monoxide (CO), Acetylene (C2H2) and Ethylene (C2H4) dissolved in transformer oil utilising a sampling system that samples oil from each tank via three separate oil channels expertly engineered to provide negligible mixing of oil.
  2. Hydrocal 1008

    Hydrocal 1008
The HYDROCAL 1008 is a permanently installed multi-gas-in-oil analysis system with transformer monitoring functions. It individually measures, Moisture in Oil (H2O) and the key gases Hydrogen (H2), Carbon Monoxide (CO), Carbon Dioxide (CO2), Methane (CH4), Acetylene (C2H2), Ethylene (C2H4) and Ethane (C2H6) dissolved in transformer oil. As Hydrogen (H2) is involved in nearly every fault of the isolation system of power transformers and Carbon Monoxide (CO) is a sign of an involvement of the cellulosic/paper isolation the presence and increase of Acetylene (C2H2) and Ethylene (C2H4) further classifies the nature of a fault as overheating, partial discharge or high energy arcing. The device can serve as a compact transformer monitoring system by the integration/connection of other sensors present on a transformer via its optional analog inputs: 4 Analog inputs 0/4 ... 20mADC/6 Analog inputs 0/4 ... 20mAAC +20% or 0 ... 80 VAC +20% (configurable by jumpers) It is further equipped with digital outputs for the transmission of alarms or the execution of control functions (e.g. control of a cooling system of a transformer): 8 digital relay outputs /5 digital optocoupler outputs (Option)
  3. HYDROCAL 1008-3/-2/-1

    HYDROCAL 1008-3/-2/-1
The HYDROCAL 1008-3/-2/-1 is designed for multi-gas-in-oil analysis on a bank of up to three single phase transformers located next to each other. This wall mounted system allows the individual measurement of Moisture (H2O) and the key gases Hydrogen (H2), Carbon Monoxide (CO), Carbon Dioxide (CO2), Methane (CH4), Acetylene (C2H2), Ethylene (C2H4) and Ethane (C2H6) dissolved in the transformer oil utilising a smart sampling system that samples oil from each tank via three separate oil channels.
  4. Hydrocal 1009

    Hydrocal 1009
The HYDROCAL 1009 is a permanently installed multi-gas-in-oil analysis system with transformer monitoring functions. It individually measures, Moisture in Oil (H2O) and the key gases Hydrogen (H2), Carbon Monoxide (CO), Carbon Dioxide (CO2), Methane (CH4), Acetylene (C2H2), Ethylene (C2H4), Ethane (C2H6) and Oxygen (O2) dissolved in transformer oil. As Hydrogen (H2) is involved in nearly every fault of the insulation system of power transformers and Carbon Monoxide (CO) is a sign of an involvement of the cellulosic/paper insulation the presence and increase of Acetylene (C2H2) and Ethylene (C2H4) further classifies the nature of a fault as overheating, partial discharge or high energy arcing. Oxygen (O2) can be a sign of excessive ageing or leakages within the sealing of hermetic transformers. The device can serve as a compact transformer monitoring system by the integration/connection of other sensors present on a transformer via its optional analog inputs: 4 Analog inputs 0/4 ... 20mADC 6 Analog inputs 0/4 ... 20mAAC +20% or 0 ... 80 VAC +20%
  5. HYDROCAL MS-7

    HYDROCAL MS-7
Thermal condition monitoring is one of the most important ways to detect transformer problems and to avoid transformer outages. That's why MTE has addressed this issue and presents a selection of the most important indicators which are required for thermal condition monitoring.
  6. Hydrotap

    Hydrotap
As Hydrogen (H2) is involved in nearly every fault of the isolation system of power transformers and Carbon Monoxide (CO)/Carbon Dioxide (CO2) is a sign of degradation of the cellulosic/paper isolation the presence and increase of Acetylene (C2H2), Methane (CH4), Ethylene (C2H4) and Ethane (C2H6) further classifies the nature of a fault as overheating, partial discharge or high energy arcing.
  7. Lashings

    Lashings
    • Drallim Industries Ltd are suppliers of quality lashings
  8. MC1 Webbing Tie Down

    MC1 Webbing Tie Down
A popular, lightweight, easy to use lashing, used extensively around the world, The MC1 was initially designed to secure helicopters to ship's flight decks. This nylon webbing tie-down has a fast single action over centre mechanism which gives tension and locking in one easy movement. It is impossible to over tension and the slack can be taken up without reloading the mechanism. Release is a reverse of the single action, giving a fast effective securing system for many applications within the freight handling industry.
  9. MC2 Storm Lashing

    MC2 Storm Lashing
Many of our products have been developed through requests by customers. When a device was required to tie down the EH101 Merlin Helicopter securely to the deck of a ship, Agusta-Westland turned to Cargo Aids and the MC2 STORM LASHING was developed. This polyester webbing tie-down has a fast single action, over centre mechanism that gives tension and locking in one movement.
  10. Minimum Spec-Ring & Stud Fittings

    Minimum Spec-Ring & Stud Fittings
The units incorporate a stud onto which a standard jaw fitting can be located and a swivelling ring for use with cargo tie-down devices or webbing based lashings. Environmental protection is achieved using quality cadmium plating (alternative finishes available on request). The fittings are manufactured in the UK in our Aerospace approved manufacturing plant using the latest state of the art techniques.
