Dual Metallising Ltd

We have purchased a metallising company based in Deeside, near Chester and renamed it to Dual Metallising Chester in January this year.

Dual Chester have over 20 years of experience in vacuum metallising paint spraying, doing a variety of different colour finishes and are able to do small prototype quantities to high volume.

Dual Chester’s main focus is for the packing industry and point of sale, such as processing different sizes of caps in a variety of colours but working together with our Birmingham branch we can process a whole range of different parts from automotive reflectors to point of sale.

Change of plan

When Dual Metallising were acquired by Hills Numberplates Ltd a few improvements were made to ensure Dual were more available for customers. The usual holiday shut down periods were removed from the working calendar so that Dual can take on more customer projects. We will be open for business as usual this summer as opposed to closing down last week of July and first week of August.

Point of sale

We work with many leading high street retail stores to offer vacuum metallising for point of sale and display unit components that are specifically designed to showcase products. These display units are often seasonal projects for retail promotions and sometimes an all year round assignment. Therefore customers require display units to be durable and easy to maintain. Point of sale units and components are pre-moulded before they arrive at Dual to be metallised for a chrome, gold, rose gold or pink gold finish. New Apprentice

Dual are currently interviewing for an ambitious Business Admin Apprentice to join the team. The company is growing and so is our head count with exciting times ahead. The Apprentice will be able to gain knowledge from all aspects of the business with on the job training and development and opportunity to progress to a permanent role.

Automechanika

We would like to thank everybody who took the time to come over to our stand at Automechanika Birmingham. The feedback and response we had at the show was so great that we’ve decided we’re going to exhibit next year. We will keep you posted with more information closer to the time.
