The Microseal process which utilises unique application equipment and techniques results in an ultra thin self-limiting and firmly adherent solid film that only fills voids on the surface. It is designed to perform in hard vacuums and in extreme temperatures ranging from -423?F to 2000?F (-253?C to 1093?C). Static sliding and rolling load-bearing modes are all compatible with the process and application will not affect base material hardness temper flexibility or other properties in addition it does not attract contaminant particles.

This means that it can be utilised for coating surfaces of all shapes and sizes with crevices and recesses as it conforms to the part giving a uniform thickness and it does not suffer the same edge effects as conventional coating methods.

The Procoat100 system is an exceptionally stable water based coating that can be air cured and is easy to apply. It is suitable for use as a primer or as a one coat system and gives coated surfaces a tough chemically bonded surface guard that resists corrosion creep chipping and water penetration. The system can be applied as a spray or by dipping and can be top coated in minutes.
