  1. NEW BRANCHES NOW OPEN
    8 March 2016

Further expansion for Electric Center has seen all-new branches open in the South East and in Scotland.

In the South East a new location has opened up in Thanet in Kent and also in Brighton in West Sussex a new business has been opened to meet the growing customer demand in this region. Both branches are now open for business and offer the full range of Electric Center services. Mike Jones is managing the Brighton branch which is based on the Centenary Industrial Estate and Chris Foad is running Thanet which will be adjacent to the Westwood Cross Shopping Centre in Ramsgate.

Meanwhile up in Scotland, further expansion saw the opening of the new branch in Kilmarnock on the Barr Thomson Business Park which will be run by Graham Curlett who moves across from the existing branch in Greenock to take up the reins. The new Kilmarnock branch opened up for business on Monday 15th February.

Further openings are planned for later in 2016 across the UK.

The long established location for Electric Center in Nottingham will soon be closing as the branch starts a new chapter in its service to the electrical tradespeople of Nottingham when it relocates to new premises at Unit 4, Lewis Industrial Estate, Armstrong Way, Nottingham, NG7 &NW. The existing telephone, fax and e-mail contact details will be carried across.

The new location is significantly larger at 8,000 sq ft and this will enable a much higher level of stock to be kept and much more space for trade counter service. Amongst a number of improvements, the branch will feature an all-new Eye-Wi LED display area and an on-site electric vehicle charging post for our more environmentally friendly contractors to use.
