Established in 1990 ETS specialise in the supply of both temporary and permanent Blue and White Collar Engineering, Construction, Commercial, and Industrial staff of all disciplines, to companies all over the UK and overseas. 

Our client database ranges from smaller independent companies to large multi-national organisations in all sectors of industry including, Rail, Construction, Petro-Chemical, Oil and Gas, Manufacturing, Food and Warehousing/Distribution.

ETS offer bespoke solutions to clients wishing to use their services and will work with companies to provide a tailor made approach to staffing issues.  

Clients wishing to utilise our services can chose from a range of employment options:-

Temporary - for clients wishing to supplement their own work force during peak periods or to cover sickness/holidays ETS can supply contracts of any size from one or two staff to over 100.

Temp to Perm - for clients wishing to employ our temporary staff on a permanent basis they may do so without incurring any additional fees after an agreed period of employment through ourselves.  This gives clients the flexibility to asses candidates suitability for a particular role before they employ directly

Permanent - ETS offer a full Search and Selection service, including all advertising,  CV selection and initial interviews providing the client with a short list of suitable candidates

For clients wishing to use our services for larger requirements we offer an 'On Site' service where we can locate an office on a clients premises working solely for that client.  The branch will work closely with client management in labour planning and provide a single source for all temporary staff managing all outsourcing of additional staff if necessary, leaving the client free to concentrate on their core business.
