Our aim is to further enhance the range of services currently offered by our UK based organization (Haycock & Hague Pipework Ltd) whilst maintaining the competitive edge and aggressive commercial advantages of conducting operations in the Eastern European region for export to international markets. History

EuroFab is a an English owned and managed private Limited company extensively involved in the Design, construction and commissioning of power, chemical and process plant and pipework. The parent organisation, Haycock & Hague (Pipework) Ltd was established in 1974, and has progressed as a compact and proficient pipework fabrication and plant installation business. Since then the business was incorporated as a Limited company in 1994 and has continued to grow and serve its clients needs with a safe, flexible, efficient and professional workforce.

In order to service international blue chip clients EuroFab has been established to compliment existing services and to enable further enhancement of capacity and commercial benefit.

Our parent company has been established in the pipework sector since 1976 and has in subsequent years become a leading manufacturer of power plant pipelines both for the UK domestic and international markets. We are able to produce low, medium and high pressure pipelines, support systems and skid package units for a diverse range of power plants, power-heat generating plants, steel mills, chemical and petrochemical plants. Complete pipework solutions have successfully been delivered for a number of Projects in Russia, Iraq, China and Scandinavia.

EuroFab will operate as a subsidiary of Haycock & Hague (Pipework) Ltd and was established in July 2005. Whilst being an integral part of the parent company the pipework division is able to operate on a standalone basis having in place the necessary administration facilities and fabrication machinery together with the appropriate production, technical engineering and commercial personnel.

The facility in Katowice has an existing engineering team capable of undertaking activities associated with pipework design and fabrication enabling the production of bespoke design documentation packages utilising various commonly used software suites.

Existing production techniques are accredited by the international accreditation body Lloyds in accordance ASME IX and EN288.

We, the Management Team will bring to the company an enthusiastic and dynamic approach to both marketing and production strategies and have significant experience in heavy industrial engineering. We perceive there to be a significant opportunity to acquire a greater market share of international pre-fabrication opportunities by focussing on specific client requirements in various industrial sectors and by providing greater more flexible control of production strategies and range of services offered.

• Pipework Fabrication
  Both Pipework design and Pipework fabrication and installation services are available to suit many different operational and process requirements. We have full in house capability of providing a quality, cost effective off site pipework fabrication, onsite pipework fabrication and installation service utilising a variety of different materials.
  
  Pipework fabrication and installation can be undertaken in Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel & other specialist material grades including Jacketed, PTFE lined, Rubber lined, Polypropylene socket & fusion, ABS, PVC, High nickel alloys, Duplex, Super Duplex, Low Temperature A333 & other materials to meet the specific needs of the customer.
  
  Post Weld Heat Treatment, Painting, Cleaning, Galvanising, Radiological & hydrostatic/gaseous testing & inspection operations can be undertaken and pipework thermally insulated and/or electric traced following installation.
  
  We are also able to offer full guidance on material specification and offer assistance in designing pipe routes, support requirements and Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) implications/management. We have full in house capability to produce detailed piping isometric drawings and can carry out full turnkey piping solutions should it be required.
  
  Pipework enquiries are welcomed for any size project, stand alone or as part of a full package to include such things as vessel manufacture, steelwork, supply of equipment and even full project management.

  Welding personnel are coded to suit the customer’s requirements, generally with procedures in place to undertake manufacturing to construction codes such as ASME, ANSI B31.1, power piping, NACE and ANSI B31.3, chemical plant and petroleum refinery piping.
  
  Size ranges from ½" to 42" with up to 2" wall thickness.

Steelwork Fabrication

Becoming fully operational in the fourth quarter of 2005 our facility has already undertaken a number of successful steelwork fabrication projects for our UK parent organisation and for various European/International Clients. Continued investment in modern state of the art machinery and investment toward Quality Assurance to ISO9001:2000 makes us one of the leading and most highly competitive fabricators in Europe.

We have strong supply chain relationships and investment in place to provide highly efficient fabrication coupled with advanced CNC machinery, shot-blast facilities and spray booths, thereby maximising our efficiencies and productivity.

A diverse range of projects can be undertaken, ranging in value from 1,000 Euros to 5 Million Euros

Coupled with our highly dedicated and motivated workforce and continued investment, ’lead times’ are kept to a minimum. We fully utilise computerised communication and document management systems, thus enabling seamless flows of information, and construction to the highest possible standards.

Location

EuroFab is based in Katowice, Poland which is the capital of Upper Silesia and is well situated for transport of our pre-fabricated pipework spools to both east and west European destinations. There are a number of major investment programmes currently ongoing to further improve the transport infrastructure in and around this region with one such program to complete a motorway link to the German border being due for completion in early 2006.

Katowice is a highly industrialised region of Poland and as such carries a well educated, highly skilled and motivated labour pool from which we have selected the very best engineering and skilled tradesman. Katowice has a population in excess of 3 million people and is one of the greatest economic, transport and science centres in Poland.

Direct flights from many major European destinations are available flying direct to Katowice International airport ensuring our facility is very easily accessible by our international client base.
