  1. HC51

    HC51
    HC51 crystals are suitable for close-tolerance, low frequency applications where their larger physical size gives the benefit of lower ESR and higher 'Q' crystals. Also enables the use of crystal blanks in the low kHz region. The package variant HC48 has thicker leads for socket insertion.

    A dual frequency selectable oscillator. Stability from ±15ppm, operating temperature range from -10° ~ +70°C to -40°~+85°C. Supply voltage 1.8V, 2.5V or 3.3 Volts. Two output frequencies are specified and are selected digitally.

    HGXO
    HGXO oscillators are designed to survive shocks of up to 100,000g. Additionally, a version with low acceleration sensitivity as available. A feature is the wide range of supply voltage available, from 0.9V to 5.0 Volts. The oscillator may be specified at any operating temperature range from commercial, -10 to +70°C to full MIL, -55 to +125°C. Full MIL testing is available.

    Oscillators designed to operate at temperatures up to 200°C. Parts CXOXHT is an ultra-miniature SMD package 3.4 x 2.7mm. CXOMKHT and CXOHT offer alternative standard package sizes. The oscilators also have excellent shock and vibration survivability and MIL testing is available for any package if required.
