  1. HTXO

    HTXO
    HTXO osciilators are CMOS oscillator with ability to operate and survive for a minimum of 1000 hours at 225°C. xcellent stability over temperature. 3.3Volt or 5.0 Volt supply voltage.
  2. LFXO

    LFXO
    The 32.7368kHz LFXO oscillator has been designed especially for applications requiring low power consumption, as low as 500nA. The oscillator consists of a miniature tuning fork quartz crystal and a CMOS/TTL compatible hybrid circuit. Each crystal is pre-qualified before assembly by electrical tests and temperature characterization. Full military testing is available.

    LHTAT
    LHTAT oscillators are designed for high temperature operation up to 200°C. The parts have excellent stability over temperature and high shock resistance. Output is CMOS. The through-hole leaded package reduces mounting stress due to a robust lead attach-eutectic brazing process and gold plated Kovar leads.

    MB42T TCXOs are able to be produced with short delivery timescales, solving many leadtime and 'time to market' issues. Fitted with a mechanical trimmer, the part has a well-specified temperature stability and has a HCMOS square wave output. Frequency range from 1.0MHz to 200.0MHz. The part may be specified as a standard TCXO or as a voltage-controlled TCXO (VCTCXO) The supply voltage may be specified as 2.8, 3.0 or 3.3 Volts. The part is fully RoHS compliant.
