    CXO oscillators consist of a miniature quartz crystal and a CMOS/TTL compatible hybrid circuit in a small footprint ceramic SMD package.In addition to conventional solder or epoxy electrical connection techniques, the CXO oscillator's bond pads on the topside of the unit enable it to be electrically connected in a hybrid unit using wire bonds. The part has good shock and vibration survivability characteristics and may be specified at any operating temperature range from commercial, -10 to +70°C to full MIL, -55 to +125°C. Full MIL testing is available.

    CXOL oscillators are ultra-miniature (3.2 x 1.5mm) SMD packaged with ultra-low current consumption. Typical start-up time is 200ms. The part is hermetically sealed in a highly-reliable housing. Available over a wide range of supply voltages, 1.2V to 5.0V.
