Painted Glass Splashback

The Oriel Collection is a premium range of decorative glass. It comes in a choice of four designs offering charm through to sophistication enabling the interior of your home to benefit from the natural light-enhancing properties of glass.

The Warwick design is unique amongst patterns because it is produced using a different manufacturing method. All the others are formed from an embossed roller that takes the design to the edge of the glass in a uniform way.

For privacy, pure style or to allow more light into internal rooms, decorative glass gives you a whole range of attractive options.

Glass Cut to Size

Toughened Glass

Toughened glass is produced by heating regular float glass after it has been cut to size and edged.  The treatment involves heating the glass so that it begins to soften (approx 670 degrees C) and then rapidly cooling it. This produces a glass which, if broken, breaks into small pieces without sharp edges. This process does increase the surface tension of the glass which can cause it to 'explode' if broken; this is more a dramatic effect than hazardous.

Tempered Glass

See above for information regarding toughened or tempered glass. Our additional services include:

  • CNC: With the use of computer numerical cutting (CNC) equipment we can shape and polish float and laminated glass up to 19mm in thickness, which would not be possible using traditional glass cutting and polishing methods.
  • Glass polishing: For that perfect finish, any type of glass can be given a highly bright polished edge.
  • Glass drilling: Holes can be drilled in any glass thickness from 4mm to 99mm diameter.
  • UV bonding: We use the finest adhesives and have developed special relationships with manufacturers to produce the ultimate joint which is stronger than glass itself.
