Fast Heat's versatile Tubular heaters are custom-formed in a wide range of shapes to correspond to your requirements.Incoloy stainless steel or steel sheath materials are available, as well as a large selection of termination styles. Magnesium Oxide insulation ensures superior heat transfer and the resistance wire is precision-wound for long heater life.Tubular heaters can be used in almost any application. Straight tubulars can be clamped to metal surfaces or inserted in machined groves for conductive heat transfer. Or use a formed Tubular to provide consistent heat in any type of special application.

The NEW DT Tunnel-Gate range of bushes has been increased with the addition of the DT45. All are designed to run small moulded parts where close pitching (cavity centre distance) is required.Up to four cavities can be gated from the one Precision DT18 bush, or up to 6 from the Precision DT25 and DT45, providing exceptional cost-effectiveness, and permitting very compact mould construction for small multi-cavity parts. Advanced heat transfer technology provides exceptional performance, while the special tip design allows for easy on-site servicing.

Our Precision D-Series Valve-Gate systems have been designed to run small-to-medium shot weights in a wide range of polymers, while our Precision L-Series will handle medium-to-large shot weights.The gate design provides a zero gate vestige with no bush tip witness ring around the gate, resulting in a very clean appearance, and making the system ideally suited to cosmetic appearance parts, such as toys, medical parts and caps & closures, as well as automotive, white goods and other large parts.

The '2000' Series of low cost digital temperature controllers is designed to provide the high level of accuracy associated with digital controllers in a format that is as easy to use as analogue units, at a more competitive price.An auxillary output is provided as standard, with 6 different alarm modes of operation and two timer modes. A parameter lock provides various levels of keyboard lockout from full access to access of only the Setpoint.

A limited amount of spares are still held for this range of controllers. We can also perform a full service and calibration on these units. However, this range of analogue controllers has been replaced by the VD2000 series of digital temperature controllers. These offer higher performance at lower cost and ease of maintenance.

The Vid-O tool water cleaning and purging system connects to the flow meter on your press to enable easy purging of the water and debris when preparing a tool for removal, or when the tool is not in production.

The '10' Series temperature controllers from Fast Heat are simple-to-operate, low-cost controllers ideal for most temperature controllers. Each of the four controllers in the range offers heat output and one or two independant alarm outputs. Auto Tune is provided as standard as is the ability to run in manual mode with the user selecting the output power. The '10' series also offers a ramp facility to reduce over-heating of the heaters.

With the introduction of the '20' series of digital temperature controllers, Fast Heat brings quality digital temperature controllers within the reach of most applications. Each of the three controllers in the range offers heat and cool output channels plus two independant alarm outputs. Auto Tune is provided as standard as is the ability to run in manual mode with the user selecting the output power.
