Pulse is the new System controller from Fast Heat, controlling up to 180-zones. These units come in 30-zone; 60-zone; 90-zone; 120-zone; 150-zone and 180-zone combined cabinets. Easily controlled with an eye-level, back-lit colour LCD panel. (Pulse I lower cost option for 2-24 Zones with black & white display only)The system includes the following features as standard: -Alarm Beacon Alarm Sounder Printer Port System Abort Function EvenSoak tool warm-up Function AutoComp Thermocouple Failure Function.

The SD600 is a low cost digital indicator, designed to provide a high level of accuracy at a competitive price.The configuration keys are hidden behind the front panel membrane to prevent accidental operation and a parameter lock facility is available for greater security. A single alarm output is provided as standard, with 6 different alarm modes of operation. A second and third alarm output can be provided if required.A DC voltage output is also provided the supply required by many transducers and signal converters.The shallow depth of the 'SD600' Series allows them to be used in applications that have minimal space behind the mounting panel.

The seamless band from Fast Heat offers an excellent high quality heater at an affordable price.Both the inner and outer sheath are constructed of a high quality stainless steel, machined to give an H7 fit on the internal diameter.The completely sealed construction minimises heat losses through the outer sheath whilst offering an unrivalled heater life due to its resistance to moisture ingress.

The new 'slip-fit' coil heater from Fast Heat offers a direct replacement for the Husky 750 series in many nozzle applications.All elements of the heater have been designed to work together to give an efficient and reliable heater that correctly clamps to the nozzle. The inner sleeve is made of Nickel Plated Copper for maximum heat transfer to the nozzle, typically twice that of aluminium, whilst the outer sleeve is made of Stainless Steel 304 for minimum thermal expansion.

The Smart Junction Boxes from Fast Heat all include ATP (Active Thermocouple Protection).ATP Protects hot runner control system components against Common Mode Leakage - the short circuit phenomenon which is the leading cause of catastrophic thermocouple failure.Note: The Smart Junction Boxes are currently available wired to Fast Heat or DME wiring standards only.
