In 2000 Chris, our Managing Director, realised how important search engine optimisation was for businesses to get online visibility. With a clear goal of helping businesses succeed online Chris launched FirstFound with a simple vision: “To enable all businesses, regardless of size, to succeed in the digital world”. FirstFound was one of the first companies in the UK to provide search engine optimisation as a service and since 2000 the company has grown considerably with several office expansions during this period. We now employ over 100 staff from our offices in the heart of Manchester and are strong advocates of the apprenticeship scheme that gives opportunities to young people and helps them to start their careers in digital marketing. The core values of the business are important to Chris as well as the other Directors Ivan and Sharon, especially that we build strong personal relationships with all our customers. Over the years our core services have expanded along with our business and while SEO is still at the heart of our business we have now developed into a full digital agency with services that span: paid search, website design and development, social media, copywriting, branding and more. We have a clear mission which is: “To help our customers grow their business by generating more and better-qualified enquiries from their investment in digital”.
