We are one of Sheffield's most trusted property experts Specialising in student and professional rentals alike, lead by a team of local industry professionals (Most of whom are Landlords themselves). We are the agent for those looking for something special and a unique personal experience.

Our office sits in an unrivalled City Centre position on the Sheffield Hallam City campus opposite a large municipal car park behind the Sheffield Student Hubs.  Recently refurbished, thousands of students, lecturers and professional people (our target sector) see our shop front and now we have become a bit of a tourist spot since the painting of David Attenborough has adorned our gable wall - no other letting agency could be photographed more!  We certainly are high profile and with our eye catching bright green branding few can miss seeing us in this busy area.

Founded by Ashley Tate in 2007 from his back bedroom and originally named UletStudents, the company started with just 2 landlords, 15 properties and 1 member of staff. The Ulet Smart Car was launched in 2008 and was used to help market this brand new business.

The beginning of 2009 welcomed many changes, including rebranding 'UletStudents' to 'Fit Property' and the opening of our office on Charles Street in the city centre.

By late 2010 we had seen a vast increase in the number of properties on our books, largely due to referrals from existing landlords. 

In 2012 Fit Property embarked upon creating a whole new image. A brand new website was launched, the office had a complete makeover, Fit Property rewards was set up and our maintenance van 'The Hulk' was born. 

Fit Property is now responsible for the letting and management of more than 200 properties each year, We are now moving more into the professional market and have an ever expanding portfolio of apartments and houses.
