  1. 4 Axis Machining

    4 Axis Machining

    Here at Fort Precision Engineering, we are able to offer 4 axis machining, such as our Yang Eagle 100 Vertical Milling Centre. Our 4 axis machining, machines have a production capacity of Y500mm, X1000mm, Z510mm and a 20 station auto too changer allowing it to provide programmable 4th axis machining for larger size batches. This Machining is linked to our Mastercam CadCam system, ensuring high levels of accuracy and quality are maintained.

    To ensure we provide our customers with highly accurate manufactured parts, we specialise in small batch production. By offering small to medium batch production in low volumes, we use the latest CMM measuring technology to inspect and check parts. This ensures we provide you with a quality product that accurate replicates the drawings, all done at a very competitive price.
