Gemco “Projects” works mainly on large and complex workshop programmes requiring reliable, experienced, knowledgeable Garage Equipment people. We listen to your needs, advise where appropriate and develop the most efficient layout plans using the latest CAD programmes. We then quote you for all your Garage Equipment needs as well as civil and electrical works. However, unlike other suppliers of Garage Equipment Suppliers, it doesn’t end there. Our specialist Projects department can then liaise on your behalf with the Main Contractors, Architects and M & E companies. We will attend site meetings and answer all questions about technical information required with regards to power requirements, civil works specifications and layout drawings. We appoint one person to run the project from beginning to end so you have just one point of contact. That person takes care of all the designated workshop equipment requirements from delivery to installation as well as fully integrating with the main contractors needs. That leaves you to get on with other things. We particularly focus on -

1. Health and Safety. You and your main contractor can rest assured that all the relevant Risk Assessments, Method Statements etc will all be fully complied with and in most cases are ready to produce immediately.
2. Ensuring there is a full understanding of where the main contractor’s involvement starts and stops and where our involvement as the Garage Equipment suppliers starts and stops so no gaps are left only to be discovered towards the end of the project.
