Giffex Ltd - High Quality Precision Plastic Injection Mould Tool Makers

Giffex Ltd has 35 years of experience in the design and manufacture of plastic injection mould tools for the injection mould and pressure die industries. The production of tools has ranged from single cavity product development tooling, to complex multi-cavity tools of up to 1.5 tonnes.

Giffex are able to ensure the end product meets our client's requirements by tailoring our service to match your specific needs. From design through plastic injection mould tool manufacture and tool sampling, to the single source supply of the complete moulding, with optional secondary finishing including electroplating, paint or surface printing if required.

Our clients have found that our team of qualified toolmakers, supported by the continued investment in the latest CAD/CAM technology and plant have continually delivered the best UK sourced tooling available.

From the use of H13, P20 and NickelChrome tool steels for the production and supply of high quality mould tools for use in both the injection mould and pressure die cast sectors. To product development and 'soft tooling' for injection mould and vacuum form patterns in QC7 tooling plate.

Prior to the closure of Electrolux in the U.K., Giffex were one of five preferred tooling suppliers.
