Choosing Letting Only Service, we will market your property and carry out accompanied viewings leading to introduction and referencing prospective tenants. After successful vetting, we will prepare the tenancy agreement and arrange inventory if required. 
We will collect first month rent and deposit, which we will credit to the landlord. 

FULL MANAGEMENT. 

This service in most suitable for Landlords, who are too busy in their personal life or living too far to take care of the property. This service includes all aspects of LETTINGS ONLY service and at the top of that, we will carry out periodic inspection during the tenancy, collecting the rent and renegotiating terms of new lease towards the end of the first term.
