At the beginning of 2023, we marked a significant step forward with the introduction of our investment in the Loewer DiscMaster 4TD. This efficient deburring machine works seamlessly with our lasers, ensuring high-quality surface finishes for components in steel, stainless steel, and aluminium processes.
SUCCESS AT SUBCON 2023

ROBOTIC WELDER INVESTMENT – THE MIGATRONIC COWELDER
July saw us make strategic investments to elevate our capabilities further. The acquisition of the Migatronic CoWelder, a state-of-the-art robotic welder, demonstrated our commitment to staying at the forefront of technological advancements. This addition enhances our precision and efficiency in welding processes.
£250K INVESTMENT – RVD SMARTFIBER CNC TUBE LASER
In October, we welcomed a game-changing addition to our manufacturing arsenal—a £250,000 investment in the RVD SmartFiber CNC Tube Laser. This cutting-edge machine positions us for increased efficiency, versatility, and market reach, reflecting our dedication to staying ahead in precision engineering.
