Haven Conveyors & Handling Systems Ltd have been designing and manufacturing new materials handling products for many years. We have expansive experience of designing roller conveyors and systems that are cost efficient and simple to use.
Our gravity conveyors function without a motor and can transport products manually when horizontal, or by its own weight when the conveyor is on an incline. We can produce gravity conveyors in any length or width to match your needs. They can be used for conveying parcels, boxes, pallets, boards and many more.
Our gravity conveyors also include skatewheel conveyors that are idea for unloading trucks, extendable conveyors that can unload in straight lines only and ball tables or ball transfer units used to turn products 360 degrees.

Belt Bends
Used to handle products around a bend when rollers are unsuitable, clothing, sacks, delicate items etc. -
Belt Elevators
Used for Granular, bulk material, components to be elevated to other levels, hoppers, skips etc.Constructed generally as the previous 3 types with drive at discharge end only. Belting fitted with crossflights to carry material. Set at any angle between 20 and 70 degrees to the horizontal. -
Chevron Belt Conveyors
Chevron belting is used on conveyors to convey loose materials on inclines of between 20 and 40 degree angles so as to stop fall back -
Flat Belt Conveyors
These can be used for any type of product. Boxes, sacks, tote pans, steel components, plastic components and bulk items. Can be used for packing or assembly of items. Generally PVC or rubber belts running on steel slider beds or roller beds. Drives can be at discharge end or underslung at any point along the conveyor. -
Heavy Duty Troughed Conveyor
Used for bulk or granular products - sand, gravel, clay, rubble etc. Generally PVC or belts running on heavy duty steel idler roller sets. -
Troughed Belt Conveyors
Used for bulk or granular products - sand, gravel, steel swarf, plastic and rubber granules etc. Generally PVC or rubber belts running on steel slider bed or roller bed. Drives can be at discharge end or underslung at any point along the conveyor.
