Haven Conveyors & Handling Systems Ltd have been designing and manufacturing new materials handling products for many years. We have expansive experience of designing roller conveyors and systems that are cost efficient and simple to use.
Our gravity conveyors function without a motor and can transport products manually when horizontal, or by its own weight when the conveyor is on an incline. We can produce gravity conveyors in any length or width to match your needs. They can be used for conveying parcels, boxes, pallets, boards and many more.
Our gravity conveyors also include skatewheel conveyors that are idea for unloading trucks, extendable conveyors that can unload in straight lines only and ball tables or ball transfer units used to turn products 360 degrees.

Chain Conveyors
Used for pallets, packs of timber, steel sections etc. Steel chains run on guides. The product sits directly on the chains. Similar in construction to 90 degree chain transfers. Usually horizontal chains. -
Chain Conveyor System
Used to unload pallets from vehicles and containers and for temporary or mobile situations. -
Heavy Duty Chain Driven Conveyors
Used to convey heavy bundles of timber and steel sections etc. together. -
Piano Hinge Slat Conveyors
Piano hinge slat conveyors can be used as swarf conveyors and can be used wtih metal components, hot components and scrap. Conveyor is constructed with hinged steel slats and piano hinge to form continuous steel belt. Horizontal or inclined. -
Powered Junctions and Merges
These are used to split one line of conveyor into two or to join two lines together. Used for flat bottomed products only and can be supplied in roller or skatewheel form. -
Powered Roller Chain Driven Conveyor
Uses - Pallets, heavy flat bottom components, flat pack furniture, timber bundles etc. Generally heavy duty with chain drive passing from roller to roller. Does not accumulate. -
Steel Slat Conveyors
These can be used for pallets and large component such as timber etc. Steel slats are bolted onto twin side chains. Horizontal or inclined and can be in 'swan neck' conveyor form.
