Haven Conveyors & Handling Systems Ltd have been designing and manufacturing new materials handling products for many years. We have expansive experience of designing roller conveyors and systems that are cost efficient and simple to use.
Our gravity conveyors function without a motor and can transport products manually when horizontal, or by its own weight when the conveyor is on an incline. We can produce gravity conveyors in any length or width to match your needs. They can be used for conveying parcels, boxes, pallets, boards and many more.
Our gravity conveyors also include skatewheel conveyors that are idea for unloading trucks, extendable conveyors that can unload in straight lines only and ball tables or ball transfer units used to turn products 360 degrees.

Belt Under Roller Conveyor
These can be used for loading and unloading vehicle/containers in temporary or mobile situations. Straight line only, horizontal or declined in roller or skatewheel form. -
Gravity Roller Bends
Gravity roller bends come as standard 90 degrees as shown but we can accomodate any degree required for your conveyor system. -
Gravity Roller Conveyors
An economical way to transport products without the need of a motor. The conveyor rollers transport the products when horizontal or by its own weight when the conveyor is on an incline. -
Gravity roller gates
Usually used for pedestrian or forklift truck access. Gravity gates can be counter balanced, spring loaded, fitted with gas struts or pneumatically operated. Gates are usually supplied in roller or skatewheel form. -
Gravity Rollers
Basically a tube with a ball race bearing pressed into each end and mounted on stub shafts or steel spindles. We can supply mild steel rollers, plain or plated rollers, stainless steel or plastic rollers. Diameters from 25mm to 100mm, loads per roller can vfary from 10kg to 1100kg -
Heavy Duty Roller Conveyors
Used to convey steel beams, shafts, timber beams and bundles of timber or steel into saws etc. -
Powered Roller Bends
The bend shown is at 90 degrees but any angle can be supplied in either roller or skatewheel form. -
Skatewheel Conveyors
Perfect for unloading trucks when used for assembly line work or moving materials from one point to another. Skatewheel is normally set at a decline so that items can roll under their own weight or set horizontally for manual operation.
