Haven Conveyors & Handling Systems Ltd have been designing and manufacturing new materials handling products for many years. We have expansive experience of designing roller conveyors and systems that are cost efficient and simple to use.
Our gravity conveyors function without a motor and can transport products manually when horizontal, or by its own weight when the conveyor is on an incline. We can produce gravity conveyors in any length or width to match your needs. They can be used for conveying parcels, boxes, pallets, boards and many more.
Our gravity conveyors also include skatewheel conveyors that are idea for unloading trucks, extendable conveyors that can unload in straight lines only and ball tables or ball transfer units used to turn products 360 degrees.

Skip Loaders
Used for bales, tyres, bulky items etc. to reach into skips, trucks, stock piles etc. Generally constructed as flat or troughed conveyors with single boom. Mobile, generally manually adjustable angle of incline. -
Steel Slat Conveyors
These can be used for pallets and large component such as timber etc. Steel slats are bolted onto twin side chains. Horizontal or inclined and can be in 'swan neck' conveyor form. -

Telescopic Boom Conveyors
Haven have made numerous telescopic boom conveyors which are used for loose loading and unloading of containers and artics. -
Troughed Belt Conveyors
Used for bulk or granular products - sand, gravel, steel swarf, plastic and rubber granules etc. Generally PVC or rubber belts running on steel slider bed or roller bed. Drives can be at discharge end or underslung at any point along the conveyor. -
Van Loader and Extendable Conveyor
These can be fitted with extendable conveyors to reach into the body of the vehicle. -
Vehicle Loaders
These are generally constructed as flat belt conveyors. Telescopic boom belt conveyors power in and out to reach into vehicle or container. Mobile, generally manual with powered raise/lower of booms. -

Wire Mesh Conveyors
