Horng Tair was founded in 1988, has specialized in manufacturing blown film die head for plastic extrusion industry, also we’re the professional designer in producing monolayer, multilayer blown film die heads , and making the related products as to meet clients’further needs such as Extruder, Air Ring, Die Rotator , Screen Changer, Screw and Barrel. After years of product research development, innovation and quality improvement, Horng Tair has passed the ISO 9001 and CE Certificates, and furthermore won the Italy International Invention Gold Medal, Taiwan Excellence Award and Taiwan SME innovation Award.

H.T series dies supply all of the most advanced film blowing extruder lines for various application, such as packaging film, high barrier film, agricultural green film, shrink film, stretch hood film, medical packaging film, mask film, etc. So far we create multilayer die head up to 9 layers at the top leading in Taiwan, have established a worldwide reputation from our clients, and has distributed more than 2000 die heads per year to worldwide including Germany, Japan, Italy, France, Spain, Russia, Poland, China, Turkey, Brazil, Mexico, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippine, Egypt, South Africa, etc.

Currently we have branches in China & Vietnam to provide timely and complete plastic extrusion solutions of our product lines for customers,we are now developing the high efficiency, environmental protection and energy saving blown film die head for customer advance need.

Now we launch high performance thermo- control thickness multilayer die head with IBC, which can be adjusted the temperatures of the die cap accurately by microcomputer, operated effectively, easily to bring film thickness tolerance 5%, then saved material usage.
