Services range from complete contract management and provision of maintenance services to PMs and repairs on individual items.

If you currently use manufacturers or alternative service providers we can provide competitive quotations and equivalent levels of service to meet your requirements.   Alternatively for hospitals that have In – House departments with existing staff, then we can complement this. Examples are when staff shortages occur due to sickness or retention, or if financial restraints limit recruitment.   Work can be carried out at your premises or at our technical workshops in Worcestershire.

 Hugo Technology Limited is an independent medical equipment maintenance and management company. Our aim is to provide a professional value for money service to all of our customers.

We offer a comprehensive service covering a wide range of equipment, from blood pressure machines, nebulisers and scales to defibrillators and multi parameter monitors. We test, calibrate and repair most types of bio medical equipment, adapting to individual needs and requirements by offering a package tailored specifically to each customer.   We have a workshop in Stoke Prior, Bromsgrove, where we currently employ 16 people. We are therefore able to maintain and repair equipment at our premises, as well as offer field service at customer’s premises.   Services offered to OEM and equipment supplier’s range from one-off contracts to providing a full service department facility. This allows OEM’s to concentrate on selling equipment, and see a fixed cost for service and maintenance allowing them to budget for service contracts.
