Hydra-Capsule Ltd was founded in 1987, we offer a wide range of jacking systems specially designed and developed over many years for the construction industry. Sales

We offer a full range of Flat-Jacks from 8 to 345 tons capacity, light in weight with a very low headroom of just 35mm, ideal for many applications, they can be filled with water or oil for temporary use or grout for permanent installation.

Hire

We also offer a wide range of Hydra-Jacks from 10 to 360 tons capacity, fitted with locking collars and swivel heads as standard, pumps, manifolds, hoses and transducers also available at competitive hire rates, we offer a nationwide service.

Contracts

With over twenty years experience and hundreds of jacking contracts Hydra-Capsule offers a professional service to all our customers whether on small or large projects. Past work has included major projects involving the lifting or moving of listed structures using our highly sophisticated electronic control and monitoring systems.

Testing & Calibration

All calibration and testing services are carried out 'in house' using our purpose built 360 tons capacity hydraulic test press which is check calibrated once a year using an independent load cell traceable to Namas verification, all our jacks are fully tested prior to dispatch.
