Hydraulic valves

Designed and manufactured in the UK our valves are widely
accepted in the mobile, industrial and marine markets.

The V5-60 valve assembly pictured here is used to control timber processing machinery manufactured by Technorton Ltd of Ludlow. Utilising flow divider, flow control and series inter-sections from the extensive V5-60 range, the semi-automatic process is controlled using both manual and solenoid operated sections and all from
one pump.

This is typical of the exacting requirement that we are able to fulfill
for our customers whilst still maintaining short lead-times.

SPECIALIST VALVES

High performance valves for specific applications. From tanker hose- reels to marine on-deck winch controls to recovery vehicles we are able draw on our vast experience and large range of hydraulic elements to match your exact requirements.

SECTIONAL SPOOL VALVES

An extensive range of high quality sectional valves available in 40lpm, 60lpm and 100lpm flow capacities. With excellent metering characteristics and a wide selection of ancillary components they have been specifically designed to meet the demanding needs of the mobile, industrial and marine markets.

MONOBLOCK & LOG SPLITTER VALVES

An economical range of monoblock valves suitable for mobile and industrial applications.Available in 40lpm and 80lpm versions with a selection of spool types and accessories.

New to the range is a robust Log splitter valve which has been specificaly designed for this application.

LINE MOUNTED VALVES

A varied range which includes relief valves, pilot check valves, flow controls and directional control valves to complete your hydraulic installation.

Marine hydraulic steering & components

Hydraulic Projects Ltd supply the worlds leading autopilot manufacturers with hydraulic drive units, linear actuators and steering cylinders of the highest quality.

PUMPS

A range of reversing and constant running pumps manufactured specifically for marine steering systems and offering outstanding reliability and long life. Continuous development has produced a generation of 'silent' pumps with minimal battery drain whilst maintaining maximum power in severe conditions. Compact, efficient and all with pilot check vales. They can used with balanced or unbalanced cylinders.

STEERING SYSTEMS & ACTUATORS

Designed specifically for marine secondary steering. Available with a range of pump sizes and two sizes of cylinder, they come complete, bled and ready to install.

The Electro-Hydraulic Linear Actuator represents the ultimate in marine steering drives, it combines all the elements of the steering systems into one compact unit for ease of installation.

PILOT CHECK & UNLOADER VALVES

Line mounted By-pass valves allowing a hydraulic system to be steered manually and a pilot check valve which is used to lock cylinders.

WINCH & CONTROL VALVES

Hy-Pro also manufacture control valves which are standard in many applications across the marine industry and specifically winch controls. Available with options of either by-pass flow controls or rotary levers to precisely control the winch speed in conjunction with our excellent spool metering. These valves feature environment-protection of external and internal components to withstand harsh on-deck conditions. Available in G3/8, G1/2 and G3/4 port sizes
