The High Rate Performance HCP range uses very thin plates and is designed for applications where there is a demand for a relatively high current over short periods, usually less than 30 minutes in duration. The applications can have frequent or infrequent discharges. The range is typically used in starting and UPS applications. It is available in a capacity range of 9 Ah -- 920 Ah.

The long Rate Performance LCEP range is designed for applications where the battery is required to provide a reliable source of energy over relatively long discharge periods. Normally, the current is relatively low in comparison with the total stored energy and the discharges are generally infrequent. Typical uses are communications and bulk energy storage.

It is available in a capacity range of 10 Ah -- 1660 Ah.

The Vantex 'high-technology, low-maintenance' design ensures a very high level of gas recombination and very low gas emission levels without the need for a pressure vent. This advanced battery conception means that the Vantex battery gives all the advantages of conventional open cells with the convenience of the industry recognised Vantage ultra-low maintenance technology.

The Medium Rate Performance MCP range is designed for applications where the batteries are usually required to sustain electrical loads for between 30 minutes to 3 hours or for 'mixed' loads which involve a mixture of high and low discharge rates. The applications can have frequent or infrequent discharges. The range is typically used in switchgear applications.

It is available in a capacity range of 9 Ah -- 1390 Ah.

We can supply a range of manufacturer approved maintenance accessories and documentation to assist you in maintaining the batteries we supply to the required standard. This includes a water filling system adapted specifically for topping up the Alcad and Saft industrial Ni-Cd battery ranges.

We supply a complete range of stands which are designed in modular form so that we can help you choose the best option for your battery and available dimensions. These stands are produced using plastic coated metal which meet international standards and are available for normal applications and those where seismic duties are required. We will choose the appropriate stand for your application when your battery has been selected.
