You have access to the same technical helpdesk that our unlimited support clients use but will be charged at our competitive hourly rate. Using our remote access tools we can take control of your PC or server and start fixing the issue straight away, all your issues are dealt with instantly.

As with any of our IT solutions you can add a complementary service to run alongside; for instance you may decide to use our online backup service, or take advantage of our superb managed SPAM solution.
