Jaivel Europe operates a dual shore "Engineering Services" business model providing a complete turnkey solution including, 2D drawings, 3D modelling, manufacturing process definition and optimisation, multi axis CNC programming, post processor development to jig and fixture design and manufacture.

Our goal is to assist engineering manufacturing organisations to reach a higher level of service performance by establishing a collaborative relationship and functioning as their extended team whilst applying innovative technologies that maximise productivity. 

We have expertise with most major configurations of multi axis machine tools and over the past year have delivered projects which include the programming of  Mazak 1060, Hermle C40 and C800, the DMU Evo range, Boko WF312 and WFL M120, cutting a variety of materials ranging from aluminum to Super alloys and producing parts such as blisks, engine casings, landing gear, wing ribs and other structural components predominantly for the aerospace and power generation industries. 

We review, research and recommend the ideal metal cutting technology available and check all programs using "Vericut" software prior to on-site prove out. The provision of a Technical Account Engineer who will integrate with customer's employees and the support teams in both India and UK is optional but in most cases preferred.

We operate from the CAD/CAM platform of our customers' choice, which currently includes Delcam Power-mill, Delcam Power-shape, Solid Works and IDEAS.
