The External Casings from Jtech Services are generally used to encase various types of structural steelwork. The External Casings are usually manufactured from aluminium or mild steel and then powder coated to the customers' chosen colour.

We can also supply the external casings in stainless steel or an external grade of plywood, which is ideal for areas that need to be re-painted regularly.

The maximum length of each section is normally 3 metres and a range of thicknesses and radii are available. Jointing details vary, depending on the application and architectural requirements.

We provide the highest quality in custom made external column casings. They provide unrivalled protection for structural elements and are easy on the eye.

Jtech Services have now introduce through their new Jtech Street Scene website a range of Fun Notice Boards designed specifically to appeal to young children.

There are various animal shapes that can be supplied in a range of bright colours: Yellow, Orange, Pink, Turquoise or Green.

The steel backed, wall-mounted notice boards are suitable for either internal or external use with the glazing being made of a vandal resistant material. Having a steel backing plate the notices are kept in place by magnetic pins, making replacing the notices easy to achieve.

To keep the notices secure and give authorised access only, each Fun Notice Board has a safety lock supplied with two sets of keys.

There is also an Information Tree available if you think that would be better for your application.

As well as being used for column casings, pre-formed plywood can also be used for HVAC Perimeter Casings, as well as bulkheads and window sill details. There are many veneers and finishes available for these items, including high pressure laminates and even real sandstone should that part of the designers remit.

Jtech Services also provide the HVAC Perimeter Casings in steel or aluminium, powder coated to a colour of your choice. This option includes removable front panels giving ease of access for maintenance and repair.

We have a range of hygienic enclosures suitable for maximising cleanliness and safety. Our hygienic enclosures come with lockable rectangular access panels so that services can still be reached.

There are three basic types of industrial partitioning available from Jtech Services:

The Mesh system which is ideal for walkway enclosures and basic storage facilities
The Single Skin system that is often used for storage units and machine enlosures etc
The Double Skin system that creates secure factory offices

As well as offering these industrial partitioning systems and installing them as new products, Jtech Services also offers a relocation service for any existing partitioning already on site, but which needs moving to another location.

Racking is used in a wide range of industrial and warehousing applications and Jtech Services offer a supply and install service mainly in the East & West Midlands region and into the North West and Wales.

One of the other services offered is to help clients utilise their existing Racking and Partitioning systems by moving and re-installing them to new locations when they need to adjust the layout of their premises.

The clip together design allows for easy installation and relocation should that become necessary over time.
