Double girder cranes with there electrically motor driven end carriages and hoists provide effortless accuracy when lifting and positioning heavy components and plant in machine shops, factories, warehouses, loading bays etc.

Electric Chain Hoists are all manufactured to the highest standards, there are a wide variety of hoists to suit many different requirements. Models range from ll0v, 220/240v and 400/440v supply, single or double fall, according to weight, size and capacity. Hoist operation is via a fully insulated push button pendant control and can provide dual control for electric powered travel trolleys when required. Special low headroom models provide maximum lift in confined spaces, standard units are available with either hook or eye suspension.

Electric Wire Rope Hoists are commonly used in conjunction with travelling cranes. They can be incorporated with standard underslung trolleys, low headroom trolleys, dual hoist crabs and for monorail use. A wide choice of motors can be offered, from single and two speeds to slip-ring motors, incorporating elaborate speed controls.

Floor mounted Jib Cranes provide different slew angles of 180° to 360°. Fully powered versions offer smooth jib rotation, hoist travel and lift operation. When access becomes awkward, a knuckle jib may provide the answer. Provision for an elbow in the jib arm allows even greater manoeuverability.

There are a number of safety devices i.e. limit switches, warning lights, horns and anti-collision units, available to guarantee operator and pedestrian safety. Heavy duty rail mounted floor travelling Goliath cranes provide high capacity lifts over long distances, often found in heavy engineering or shipping environments.

Hand Operated Chain Blocks have the convenience and versatility that has been proven and developed in all areas of industry over many years. Numerous models are now available, from lightweight 500kg s.w.l. to heavy duty multiple fall hoists obtaining lifting capacities up to 50 ton s.w.l. Standard heights of lift exist for most applications. All blocks can be fitted to suit specific requirements. Safety hooks are standard.
