Manplas Ltd was established 25+ years ago.

Manplas Ltd specialises in the production of high quality vacuum formings in a wide variety of heavy gauge "Engineering" thermoplastics.

In addition to a wide range of modern vacuum forming equipment, the company has its own high quality equipment including;

• hand and table routering
• 5 axis CNC trimming
• vertical and horizontal bandsawing
• hand and pillar drilling
• diecutting and welding facilities

for the assembly and finishing of components.

Manplas Ltd caters for a wide customer base throughout a wide variety of industries. Presently special emphasis is placed on the supply of finished mouldings to the off-road vehicle market.

The company aims to provide its customers with products which conform with their specifications.
In order to achieve these aims, it is the policy of Manplas Ltd to maintain an effective and efficient Quality Assurance Programme.
