Mayfair Foods Ltd
Here at Mayfair Foods, we are one of the UKs major ingredients suppliers and our reputation has been built on a consistent dedication to service and quality.
As ingredients suppliers, We source our first-class ingredients from a global portfolio of suppliers, from high volume goods to niche ingredients. We carry a very extensive product range and it is our intention to achieve a one-stop ingredient service.
As a team of highly experienced traders, we offer expertise in a huge variety of ingredients.
With new product development frequently driving business forward, we recognise that buyers, who are under very tight constraints, have little time to source new ingredients. We also understand the pressure to reduce the number of suppliers so administrative costs are kept low.

Allspice is the dried fruit of the P. dioica plant. The fruits are picked when green and unripe and are traditionally dried in the sun. When dry, they are brown and resemble large brown smooth peppercorns. The whole fruits have a longer shelf life than the powdered product and produce a more aromatic product when freshly ground before use.
Asparagus has been used as a vegetable and medicine, owing to its delicate flavour, diuretic properties, and more.
Asparagus is low in calories and is very low in sodium. It is a good source of vitamin B6, calcium, magnesium and zinc and a very good source of dietary fibre, protein, beta-carotene, vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin K, riboflavin and iron.
