Fritz Studer AG was formed in 1912 and manufactures grinding machines for internal and external cylindrical grinding for small and middle sized work pieces. Our strength lies in single, small and middle sized job lots mainly for the markets of machine tooling, electrics and electronics, tooling and job shops.
As a second main market Fritz Studer AG offers equipment to produce precise small parts in large series or in mass production e.g. in the fuel injection or hydraulic industries. Studer offers in this field complete grinding systems for internal and external cylindrical grinding. The modular Studer cylindrical grinding machines show themselves through high flexibility covering many complex applications.
Micronz have been supplying Studer machines in the northern UK since 2000 and have a wealth or experience and know how in this field. Please contact us for further information
STUDER SCHAUDT mainly supplies the automotive industry and its sub-suppliers with external cylindrical and non-round grinding machines and systems. In addition to this, STUDER SCHAUDT also builds large external cylindrical grinding machines for the aerospace, mechanical engineering and roll manufacturing industry.
- External Cylindrical and Non-Round Grinding Machines
- Universal and production cylindrical grinding machines
- Universal internal cylindrical grinding machine
During the past 10 years we have supplied many Schaudt machines to a major aerospace turbine manufacturer in the UK.
HÖFLER - for decades this name has been standing for innovation, continuity in quality and service as well as for economic and ergonomic working in the field of gear grinding.
Latest technology is developed and then scrutinised in close cooperation with qualified suppliers in the shortest possible time in our high-capacity grinding centre.
HÖFLER Maschinenbau GmbH was established by Dr.-Ing. Willy Höfler in Ettlingen in 1959.
While the company first of all concentrated on gear testing technology, already in 1966 the first HÖFLER gear grinder was introduced to interested experts. What began modestly grew in the following years to a company offering a wide gear grinding machine program for almost all gear sizes and applications.
Since 2003 HÖFLER has been also offering a program of gear hobbing machines type HF from 900 mm in diameter. Right from the start HÖFLER surpassed the competition already renowned in this field with the trend-setting combination of proven and technically mature components and sensational technical innovations such as the torque motor table drive. In the first five years more than 60 HÖFLER HF gear hobbers were sold.
To date more than 1550 HÖFLER machines have been supplied.
Mikrosa GmbH in Leipzig has specialised in all applications of centreless external cylindrical grinding. With the KRONOS series Mikrosa place a range of flexible, precise and highly productive solutions at your disposal. Equipment investments that pay off.
The roots of the Studer Mikrosa GmbH go back to the year 1878 and since 1949 centreless external cylindrical grinding machines are produced in Leipzig. Mikrosa manufacture sophisticated precision machines, including automation and gauging, in all common sizes and adapt these to customers' wishes.
Mikrosa are among the market and technology leaders in the international field. Mikrosa count nearly every well-known manufacturer, from the automotive industry and suppliers, from the mechanical engineering industry as well as from the bearing industry to their customers.
A leading position on the market is not a coincidence but the result of a continuous, customer and process oriented development. Quality and innovation in grinding - values which MIKROSA has represented for years.

SENJO SEIKI Co., Ltd. is one of the few integrated manufactures in the world who specialises in only chamfering and deburring machines. SENJO SEIKI use their vast experience in chamfering and deburring, along with the most advanced technologies, to design and manufacture highly reliable and robust machines. In 1997 SENJO SEIKI developed the first Program-Less Chamfering & Deburring Machine utilising a patented tracing system technology. In recent years, the demand for higher quality chamfering and deburring processes has grown. Manufacturers have found it increasingly difficult to meet their customers' demands using existing technologies. These quality challenges and the increased demands of customers can now be met thanks to engineering and expertise of SENJO SEIKI.
Schläfli Engineering Limited designs and produces honing machines with processes that maximise all 4 key quality aspects of small round bores down to 0.05mm diameter. High precision round bores have been Schlaefli's core business since the early 1950s.
We deliver finished production processes. Customers inspect and approve the cycle time and the tolerance performance prior to the machine delivery. Schlaefli honing machines and processes are designed to machine the toughest existing materials.
