Bending / Forming of Aluminium Extrusions, Tubes & Sections:

• Complex 2 & 3 dimensional shapes are produced using most available specialist bending techniques in small or large quantities
• Current maximum section size capacity is 180mm diameter for aluminium tubes and sections
• Other metal sections are also bent

Complex 5-axis CNC Machining:

• Machining of small and very large components, patterns, prototype moulds, castings or extrusions
• Maximum machining envelope is 5000x3000x1000mm
• Twin tables used for efficient production machining of components in aluminium, wood, plastics, resins, composites and other non-ferrous materials including complex aluminium castings
• CAD/CAM techniques are used and machining accuracy is verified by CMM to customers original CAD models

Welding:

• State of the art equipment
• Experienced skilled staff coded in TIG to BS EN ISO9606-2:2004
• Attractive penetration welding from 0.5mm to 25mm thicknesses
• Stainless steel, mild steel and brass are also welded and brazed
