Morrisons CNC controlled tube bending machines have the capability to bend tube from 4mm to 32mm diameter, in left and right hand bends in the same cycle. CNC bending from coils of Zista or Copper, 4mm and 8mm diameter. All of our machines are linked to a tube data measuring system, giving a high degree of quality control with 3D measuring, enabling Morrisons to input data from drawings or by measuring a sample component.

Our in-house design team can develop and enhance your existing ceramic fibre products. Using moulding techniques and the latest CAD technology we can turn your concept into an exact and high detailed reality.
