This technician is using Radan Sheet metal software to create the tooling requirements for one of our many components. We can manufacture accurately from samples, hard copy drawings or DXF files.

Sheet sizes of up to 2540mm x 1270mm can be processed; this includes one single sheet auto-reposition. Laser cutting provides a fast, accurate and precisely repeatable method of creating components of all shapes and sizes using flat sheet and some tubular materials.

Sheets sizes of up to 4100mm x 1290mm can be processed; this includes one single sheet auto-reposition. Punching accuracy can be maintained to within 0.1mm of true position. Components can be nested to dramatically increase sheet utilisation and deliver substantial material cost savings.
