At Naish Felts, we supply a wide range of thermal, anti-vibration and sound insulation automotive textile parts. Our automotive textile parts are supplied as cut components suitable for door panels, arm rests, head and boot linings.
We use a vast range of materials including:

We provide excellent quality pressed wool felts, containing up to 100 percent wool, depending on the application. Our wool felts are available in white, black and grey, and in a range of thicknesses. We provide sheets, rolls or cut parts to suit your requirements.
We provide water repellent and flame retardant felts and treatments to protect against mildew and rot. Our felts meet European standards and have been used for rugs, tableware and window displays.
We provide adhesive backed felt for a wide range of industries and applications to suit individual requirements. We use in-house laminating machinery to create adhesive backed felt with a peelable lining. We can bond most textiles together using this process to provide bespoke components for a range of requirements.
Our unrivaled foam components produce a semi-rigid material offering chemical resistance, thermal insulation, buoyancy, vibration, and impact absorption.
Our foam components are used in a variety of industries and are produced from a range of materials including:
- Neoprene, used for its resistance to ageing, oil and weathering
- Polyurethane, used for filtration
Our table cutting machine can produce designs from electronic drawings, even with fine detail. We use the table cutting machine to produce designs quickly and efficiently, by reducing waste and cost, even on large designs. We also provide pre-production prototyping and sampling on new and existing parts.
We have two fantastic kiss cutting machines to cut adhesive backed parts and textiles including foam, felt and EPDM. Our kiss cutting produces large quantities of ‘sticky dot’-type components, suitable for everyday use with easy peel backing sheets. Our comprehensive products and processes are cost effective and efficient.
