Where have we come from?

Who are NuCasa? Where did we come from? Are we here to do good or evil? Did the gods of modern home decor send us to provide the people of the UK with funky kitchen accessories and super trendy industrial style lighting? Well in essence, yes is the answer.

Well we like to think so anyway... In truth it was a lot more about hard work, determination and a keen eye for design. Not to mention the many hours searching for what we believe to be fantastic additions to our all encompassing range of modern home decor. Incorporating everything from retro kitchen appliances to the most unique lighting fixtures.

What do we do?

Our dedicated talent team spend the majority of their time visiting trade fairs around Europe to search for the next best quirky kitchen accessories and funky wall art to include in our range. It's not a bad job really, basically they get to shop for a living! Only they never get to purchase much for themselves (not on the company card anyway!).

They don't mind though, all three of them take great pleasure in finding these hidden gems and then being able to provide you, our customers with a fantastic modern home decor range to choose from. Don't worry though it's not all window shopping for the talent team we make sure we keep them in front of a computer doing some 'real work' for at least one week every month.

Why do we do it?

We believe it can be very hard these days for individuals to truly stamp their personality on their home. As a generation we tend to move lots, live in house shares or rented accomodation and it can take months to really make your house feel like your home. Then its moving day again and you're off!

That is why we all need some truly unique and quirky home decor items that we can take with us everywhere we go. Anything from a really cool retro kitchen appliance to something as simple as a piece of modern wall art can make a big difference when you get to your new place. Then, as soon as you move in you have some great individual items that can showcase your personality in your new home from day one. Making your house your home.
