Pegasus designs, produces and installs mezzanine floors for a wide variety of applications from storage companies and manufacturers to distribution depots and retail floors. Each floor is designed specifically for the purpose to which it will be put and engineered taking into account site conditions, Building Regulations, safety and access. We install in excess of 750 floors per year so you can rest assured that we have the experience, expertise and capacity to handle any project from a small 20m2 deck to the most complex multi-tiered floor covering many tens of thousands of square meters.
In addition to the main floor structure, Pegasus supplies all the edge protection systems, staircases, and pallet gates that you will need to complete the floor.

One of the key benefits of the QD3 Pro system is the complete integration of the quotation, draughting and detailed drawing stages of the process. Data input at the initial quotation stage is checked and amended by our engineers and surveyors following a site inspection. This data is then used by the system to work out the most efficient floor design, given the various loading, access and site conditions, and then to produce detailed CAD drawings of the project for Building Regulations approval, manufacturing and installation.

Each project is coordinated and controlled by one Pegasus project manager ensuring that our clients have a single point of contact. Whether your new floor is small and straight-forward or multi-tiered and complex, our attention to detail is the same.
Installation is carried out through a network of specialist, locally based, teams experienced and qualified in the handling and erection of mezzanine floors. All team members operate to appropriate site safety protocols approved and monitored by our appointed health and safety consultant. Pegasus has even developed its enhanced Netsafe system of safety procedures to address the unique risks associated with the installation of complex structures within existing buildings. Operatives are fully insured and trained to operate required equipment and are certified to nationally approved standards. All teams have completed the CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) and, where appropriate, are also SEIRS (Storage Equipment Installers Registration Scheme) trained.
