Keycreator, Catia, ACIS, SAT, STEP, Solidworks, Pro\Engineer, Unigraphics, Parasolid X_T, STL, IGES, DXF, and DWG.
Alternatively if only a drawing is available, most forms of graphical image can be read. Eg. :- PDF, JPEG, BMP etc.
Specialists in sub-contract machining utilising the CAD/CAM linked CNC machining centres, CNC lathes, CNC jig boring and CNC milling.
To compliment above is conventional machining, consisting of internal/external and surface grinding, horizontal boring and vertical milling with the general capacity of 1 mtr sqx500mm.
With our highly skilled and dedicated workforce we manufacture prototypes and medium quantity precision components in a range of standard and difficult to machine materials.
Typical materials machined include Mild Steels, Alloy Steels, Tool Steels, Titanium, Inconels, Stainless Steels, Duplex Steels, Cast Irons through to Aluminium, Brass, Copper, PB, etc.
