ESD Trays
ESD trays are used for the handling, transport and storage of sensitive static products. They are used for storage of computer components and other electronics. Fabrication
Plastic Works Ltd is mainly known for top-notch vacuum forming. However, we also have experience in other plastic manufacturing presses and techniques such as fabrication, bonding and ultrasonic and beam welding. The Plastic Works Ltd is not a company that is just about vacuum forming, but has knowledge and experiences beyond that. We can now fabricate plastic products, and with trimming and line bending we come up with flat sheet plastic material.

High Frequency Welding and Solvent Bonding
High Frequency Welding and Solvent Bonding are processes that are used to join two vacuum formed or fabricated pieces of plastic in a seal that is unbreakable. In the case of High Frequency Welding, an oscillating nib is used to create a steadfast weld.
